Overview
PlayGrid is a sports administration platform for football clubs. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the PlayGrid mobile application.
PlayGrid is available to invited club members only. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
- Name and email address (provided at account creation)
- Your role within the club (referee, field coordinator, administrator)
- Bank account details (BSB, account number, account name) for payment processing
- Availability information you enter in the app
- Device push notification token for sending notifications
How We Use Your Information
- To manage fixture schedules and referee assignments
- To coordinate field coordinator shifts and availability
- To process payments for referees and field coordinators
- To send push notifications about shift assignments and updates
- To display your account information within the app
Bank Details
Bank account information is stored securely and used solely for processing payments to referees and field coordinators. Bank details are never shared with third parties and are only accessible by authorised club administrators and finance personnel.
We apply row-level security controls so you can only view your own bank details within the app.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Push Notifications
With your permission, PlayGrid sends push notifications to inform you of shift assignments, fixture updates, and other club communications. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as you have an active account. Your data will be deleted upon request when your account is removed.
Your Rights
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Update your bank details at any time through the Settings screen
